We have started sending year end letters to all those who donated a minimum amount of $250 for the 2022 calendar year. If you would like a letter, please email manager@stjudechapel.org. If you receive your letter and the amount indicated is in question, don't hesitate to call Tino at 214.742.2508 to get a revised copy. Our visiting priest was not able to make it in today. Today's Masses will instead be Liturgy of the Word with Distribution of Holy Communion and there will be no confessions today.
Join us as we resume our weekend schedule with confessions at 3 p.m. Saturday December 31st followed by our Vigil Mass at 4 p.m. On Sunday, January 1, 2023 we have Masses at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. The Chapel will be closed on Monday January 2, 2023.
We will reopen Saturday December 24th at 2 p.m. There will not be any confessions on Christmas Eve. There will be two Masses - one at 4 p.m. and the next at 6 p.m. Carols will start at half hour before the start of Mass. On Sunday, we will have one Christmas Mass at 9:30 a.m. The Chapel will be closed Monday December 26th through Friday December 30th. Merry Christmas to you all!

The Chapel will be close Thursday November 24th and Friday November 25th in observance of Thanksgiving. We will reopen Saturday November 26th at 2 p.m. for confessions at 3 p.m. and the Vigil Mass at 4 p.m.
Free music concert Tuesday November 15 at 7 p.m. at On the Levee 1108 Quaker St. 75207. “An Evening of Music” features local musicians, Augustine “Tino” Jalomo, Caye-An Muldowney, Ethan Worland, Cesar Anguiano, Billy Lawley, Michael Regalbuto, Lillian Rivas, Ginny Robinson, Scott Rudes, Daniella Salazar, and Luis Salazar singing classical, pop, and musical theater selections. The event is free and generously supported by The Donachie Foundation, GFT Charity and St. Jude Chapel.

You are invited to spend an hour in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on the first Friday of the month, November 4th from 10 to 11 a.m. All are welcome.
We will be participating in the 2022 Community Ofrenda Tour for Day of the Dead. Our theme is honoring spiritual leaders and community members of our lives that have gone on before us. You are encouraged to bring a photo of your honoree of any size to add to the altar. (Just don't bring your loved ones favorite comida, alcohol botellas or lit candles.)
